(a) The details provided by a client as part his/her business relationship with AdvancedAudit & Tax Consulting (P.P.) including but not limited to name, surname, permanent address, identity number, passport number, utility bill, bank and other references, curriculum vitae (CV), personal income tax forms, any data pertaining to the client's operations and any other information or data requested in the normal course of business concerning our services to our clients.
2. AdvancedAudit & Tax Consulting (P.P.) Ltd’ s Obligations
AdvancedAudit & Tax Consulting (P.P.) collects and processes the client's personal data only for the purpose of provision of its business services to its clients. Personal data is collected and stored securely and is not disclosed to any third parties.
Personal data is kept only for the period necessary for completing the activity for which it was collected.
In the case that AdvancedAudit & Tax Consulting (P.P.) processes personal data for which the client's consent is required, it shall seek their written consent.

3. Clients' Rights and Obligations
AdvancedAudit & Tax Consulting (P.P.) Ltd’s clients reserve the right to be informed in writing about the purposes of processing of their personal data, by requesting so in writing or via email.
AdvancedAudit & Tax Consulting (P.P.) Ltd shall inform its clients in the case that their personal data is legally transferred to third parties.
